I understand that the cancellation of an exchange,
once a clear written agreement has been reached, is a
serious matter and may lead to my exclusion from any further
participation in a HomeLink exchange.

for a holiday is a non-commercial arrangement.
It is not a loan of property, nor is it concerned with the giving
or receiving of any type of benefit.
